Upgrading to a Higher Plan

  • Upgrading your account can be done through the Account Settings section.

  • Changes take effect immediately, and the new plan's features and pricing are applied from that point forward.

Downgrading to a Lower Plan

  • Downgrades can be initiated at any time from Stripe Customer Portal.

  • Billing During the Downgrade Period:

    • You will be billed immediately for all prevented refunds in the current billing cycle.

    • The Free Plan limit will only be reinstated at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

    • For example, if you downgrade from Pro to Free, RefundKeeper will bill you for all prevented refunds up to that point in the current billing period. Starting in the next billing cycle, the Free Plan limit will apply.
