Once you reach the $100 refund prevention limit on the Free plan, RefundKeeper will stop preventing additional refunds for the rest of the billing cycle. Any new refund requests will be handled directly by Apple and are likely to be approved. Your settings and data will remain intact, and prevention will resume at the start of the next billing cycle.
