What Happens If Payment Fails?

If a payment fails:

  1. You’ll receive an email notification prompting you to update your payment information.

  2. Update your credit card or payment details via the Billing link in your account.

  3. Retry the payment to restore uninterrupted service.

Note: If payment isn’t resolved promptly, RefundKeeper will pause refund processing for your app.
