Integrating RefundKeeper with App Store Connect API is a crucial step to enable seamless data sharing and real-time refund insights. This guide walks you through the process in a few simple steps.

Step 1: Add Your App's Bundle ID

The Bundle ID uniquely identifies your app in App Store Connect. Follow these steps to locate and add it to RefundKeeper:

  1. Navigate to Apps and select the app you want to integrate.

  2. In the App Information section, locate the Bundle ID (e.g., com.example.myapp).

  3. Copy your Bundle ID into RefundKeeper.

Step 2: Enter API Credentials

RefundKeeper requires specific API credentials to connect with App Store Connect securely. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Users and Access -> Integrations -> In-App Purchase.

  2. Click on Generate API Key or Add (+) button.

  3. Enter a token name, e.g. RefundKeeper and click Generate.

  4. Fill in the Issuer ID, Key ID, and upload the generated key file.
